Qn-Ans12. Where does Satan ‘shaitan Iblees’ live in this world?

This article is 2 pages (555 words) long.

From Qn no 11 (Why do people commit sin ‘gunaah’? Ans Option 8 Because they………………… choose to be away from Allah and work according to the way of Satan ‘shaitan Iblees’), we have established that when we choose the ways of Satan ‘shaitan iblees’ we start drifting away from the teachings of Allah [the correct way of life]. So Satan ‘shaitan iblees’ is our enemy. Satan does not want us to be close to Allah the Creator. Rather he wants to take us far away from Allah and into his own world, the world of sins and unrest, a world without peace. The Question arises where Satan ‘shaitan Iblees’ is located in this world? Where is he found? In which land? In which country? We must know his exact location in order to protect ourselves against him. Today we will not think about how to protect ourselves from Satan, the devil, the evil, or about how to fight and defeat him. Today we will only concentrate on where is Satan located? And how near Satan is to us?

10………….. In the vastness of deserts.

11…………. all of the above.

12…………. none of the above.

Answer no 12: is option 5…. In the blood stream of humans.

It’s true that shaitan is always present when a sin is committed. But shaitan is also present with us in the normal circumstances too. Allah tells us, to be on guard, at all the times that we are awake. All the time we spend, in a conscious manner, in normal circumstances, daily. Therefore we must be very attentive from the time we get up in the morning till the time we sleep again. At every moment we are in a position of, making a decision, taking a step and so making a choice [consider simple examples of waking up in the morning, deciding whether to get up or not, brush the teeth or not, iron the clothes or not, take the breakfast or not, go to work or not, and many more through the day]. So we must be very conscious of ourselves, about how we use our 5 senses [sight, smell, hearing, touch, talk] and about how we use our body [hands, feet, all body parts included] and mind [wisdom, consentience, intentions, all that is felt is included]. Our senses, body and mind are gifts from Allah, to us and also He told us the way, how to use them. These gifts as all the other gifts [e.g. wealth, power, health, children, spouses, education, respect, etc. etc.] from Allah are in reality an ‘azmaish’ for us. When Allah gave us these gifts, He told us that in the end He will judge us as to how we used them in this world, whether we used them as Allah ordered us or as shaitan told us.
