Ramadan 26 1430, Sept 16 2009 is today’s date.
On the 27th of Ramadan (10th Oct 2007), the brutal & illegal murder of my innocent father Janab AVM Muhammad Latif Tambra sahab, completes two whole years. We are still waiting for justice. The culprits, Mian Abdul Jabbar and Mian Abdus Samad along with their accomplices (SP Azad, Hakeem, Ahmed Hasan, Sarfaraz, and Khawaj Muhammad), are still at large. They are still roaming freely in the country. They are a threat not only to us, the family of Janab AVM Muhammad Latif Tambra sahab, but also to the whole country as well. They know they have successfully managed to keep the law enforcement agencies towards their side till now. We pray may Allah expose the murderers and their accomplices, through the very law enforcement agencies on which they depend so much and punish them severely after putting them behind bars. Ameen. We pray to Allah and we depend only on Him All-Mighty.
There are many relevant verses in Quran about illegal murder and illegal killing of innocent people & justice be supreme along with truthful witnesses, which can be quoted here, but I am quoting a few as under. Murder of an innocent person is a sin from among those sins (shirk, bad behavior towards parents, adultery, etc, etc.) for which Allah’s punishment starts from this world and continues to the Hereafter where the torment and torture will be unimaginably more than this world.
Punishment for the illegal murder of an innocent person.
Sura-4 An-Nisa Verse 30
And whoever commits that (murder) through aggression and injustice, We shall cast him into the Fire, and that is easy for Allah.
Sura-4 An-Nisa Verse 93
If a man kills a Believer intentionally, his recompense is Hell, to abide therein (forever): and the wrath and the curse of Allah are upon him, and a great punishment is prepared for him.
Allah is Watching.
Surah-4 An-Nisa Verse 1
Surely, Allah is Ever an All-Watcher over you.
Justice be done.
Sura-4 An-Nisa Verse 135
O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is the better protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you avoid justice; and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily, Allah is Ever Well-Acquainted with what you do.
Sura-6 Al-Ana’am Verse 115
And the Word of your Lord has been fulfilled in truth and in justice. None can change His Words. And He is the All-Hearer, the All-Knower.
For those who knowingly plan and commit sins.
Surah-7 Al-A’raf Verse 182
Those who reject Our Ayat (signs, lessons); We shall gradually seize them with punishment in ways they perceive not.
