In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Quran: Chapter 3 Sipara ‘Tilkar Rosolu’, Sura: 3 ‘Al e Imran’ ‘The Family of Imran’,
Verse: 14- 15:
Verse 14: Beautified for men is the love of things they covet; women, children, much of gold and silver (wealth), branded beautiful horses, cattle and well-tilled land. This is the pleasure of the present world’s life; but Allah has the excellent returns (Paradise with flowing rivers) with Him.
Difficult words: Covet: long for, yearn for, crave for, hunger for, and want very much. Al Muttaqoon, the pious: they are believers of Islamic Monotheism who fear Allah much that is why they abstain from all kinds of sins and evil deeds which He All-Mighty has forbidden, and love Allah much that is why they perform all kinds of good deeds which He All- Mighty has ordered. The pious believe in the unseen, offer prayers and spend out of what Allah has given them that is they give zakat, spend on themselves, their parents, their wives, their children. They spend in charity, and spend in Allah’s Cause as well. The pious believe in Quran and the traditions of the Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him. They believe in that as well which was sent down before Islam (Taurat, Torah and Injeel, Gospel) and they believe with certainty in the Hereafter (Resurrection, recompense of their good and bad deeds, Paradise and Hell).
Verse 15: Say: “Shall I inform you of things far better than those? For, Al Muttaqoon, the pious there are Gardens (Paradise) with their Lord, underneath which rivers flow. They will abide therein forever. Therein (is their) eternal (home) and Azwajun Mutahharatun purified wives. And Allah will be pleased with them. And Allah is All-Seer of His slaves.”
Difficult words: Eternal: never ending, endless, ceaseless, and everlasting.
