In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Quran: Chapter 6, La Yuhibbu’, Sura: 4 ‘An-Nisa’ ‘The Women’,
Verse 148: Allah does not like that the evil should be uttered in public except by him who has been wronged. And Allah is Ever All-Hearer, All-Knower.
Verse 149: Whether you (mankind) disclose a good deed, or conceal it, or pardon an evil…. Verily, Allah is Ever Oft-Pardoning, All-Powerful.
Notes by samia2010oct: Allah dislike foul mouth people, who say bad things about others. Allah dislikes people who hurl abuses to others and people who call bad names to others. Allah dislikes the back biters, people who say things so as to belittle others and to diminish their respect. Talking about notorious things in public is strictly prohibited. Talking about bad situations, situations that are prohibited and disliked by Allah All-Mighty, situations that create chaos, turmoil, anarchy, rebellion from faith in society are also prohibited. No one can hide anything from Allah whether it is a word of mouth or an action, whether it is in public or in private i.e. in secrecy. Allah knows all that is said, done or just intended in hearts and minds.
A person who has been wronged, victimized, injured, or who has suffered any kind of damage may it be physical, financial, emotional, or his honor be damaged by another person or by an institution, that wronged, victimized, injured or damaged person can tell his story to the people. It is better he tells his story to those people (or to that institution) who can undo his loss or who can help to recover what was lost or who can help to reduce his loss.
It is a Big Sin, Gunaah e Kabira, to utter evil in public. Therefore it is Big Sin to say bad things in public, to hurl abuses, to call bad names, to back bite, to talk about things which are prohibited by Allah, in such a way so that to diminish their immorality, their sin. It is Big Sin to create chaos, turmoil, anarchy, and rebellion from faith by action or by written word or by word of mouth. For Big Sins there is the punishment of unbearable Hell Fire.
