Those who are miserly and enjoin miserliness on others and hide what Allah has bestowed upon them of His Bounties will experience disgraceful torment from Allah. Quran 4:37

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.

Quran: Chapter 5 ‘Wal Muhsanaat’, Sura: 4 ‘An-Nisa’ ‘The Women’,

Verse 37: Those who are miserly and enjoin miserliness on other men and hide what Allah has bestowed upon them of His Bounties. And We have prepared for the disbelievers a disgraceful torment.

Difficult words: Miserly: unwilling to spend any money, miserly amount is very small and not enough amount. Enjoin: to strongly advise or order someone to do something.

Notes by samia2010oct: Committing miserliness is gunaah e Kabira, Big Sin. For Big Sins there is the punishment of unbearable burning of whole body by Unending Fire. The fire will be unending i.e. forever. When the body get fully burned new body will be provided to the soul to burn. So the torture will be forever.
