In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful.
Quran: Chapter 5 ‘Wal Muhsanaat’, Sura: 4 ‘An-Nisa’ ‘The Women’, Verse 134-135
Verse 134: Whoever desires a reward in this life of the world, then with Allah (Alone and none else) is the reward of this worldly life and of the Hereafter. And Allah is Ever All- Hearer, All- Seer.
Verse 135: O you who believe! Stand out firmly for justice, as witnesses to Allah, even though it be against yourselves, or your parents, or your kin, be he rich or poor, Allah is a Better Protector to both (than you). So follow not the lusts (of your hearts), lest you avoid justice; and if you distort your witness or refuse to give it, verily Allah is Ever Well- Acquainted with what you do.
Notes by samia2010oct: If one desires the benefits of this world only and for that he/ she is willing to avoid justice, give false witness or refuses to give witness at all, then one should be clear that the benefits of both the worlds, whether this present one or the Hereafter, both are from Allah. And Allah is the Most-Just, All-Hearer, All-Seer. It is Big Sin, Gunaah e Kabira, to avoid justice by distorting witness or by refusing to give it. For Big Sins, Gunaah e Kabira, there is the punishment of unbearable burning of whole body by Unending Fire.
