Quran: Chapter- 2, Sipara: ‘Sayaqool’, Sura: ‘Al- Baqarah’,

Verse 143: Thus We (Allah The Most Gracious) have made you [true Muslims— real believers of Islamic Monotheism, true followers of Prophet Muhammad Peace Be Upon Him and his Sunnah (legal ways)] a just (and the best) nation, that you be witnesses over mankind, and the Messenger (Muhammad PBUH) be a witness over you.

Explanation: Muslims are A Just (practicing justice) and The Best Nation of the world provided they fully and firmly practice Quran, and Sunnah (the traditions of Prophet Muhammad PBUH).
